Plan Summary

 • Six year Investment Term

• Fixed return of 15% plus two potential bonus payouts of 10% (as long as the FTSE 100 Index never falls below 80% and 60% of its starting level)

• Full return of capital when the Plan matures - irrespective of index performance

• Invests in assets issued by Barclays Bank PLC – Rated AA- by Standard & Poor’s and Aa3 by Moody's.

• Outside of an ISA, the minimum return will normally be subject to Income Tax – the additional return, if paid, would normally be subject to Capital Gains Tax

• Eligible for pension portfolio investment within a SIPP or SSAS

• Suitable for Corporate and Trustee investment
